The Challenge
Existing system stopped producing cooling. TempChek diagnosed system had faulty compressor. Due to age of system & phased out refrigerant, TempChek recommended replacing entire system. Customer also complained of temperature difference between 1st & 2nd floor of residence.
Our Solution
Separated ducting for 1st & 2nd floor take-offs, add zone control, zone damper & thermostats for each zone. Installed replacement gas furnace, cased evaporator coil, & outdoor unit.
